What we collect. Your name, work email, job title, department, and optionally a mobile number and notes you choose to add. We use them only to schedule your portrait session, send you confirmations and reminders, and deliver your finished photos.
Who sees it. The Marketing and Corporate Communications photo team. Booking details are also kept in the team's project tracker. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
How it is protected. The site uses HTTPS. Data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Email is sent through a transactional email service.
How long we keep it. Booking records are kept for as long as the portrait program needs them, up to five years, matching how long the photos are kept. Ask us to delete your record at any time by replying to your confirmation email.
No patient information. This site is for employee portraits only. Please do not enter patient information in any field.
